Yes. Dev sustains 1,000,000 tokens/minute and allows one request up to 1,000,000 tokens while the bucket holds enough. A request above the burst is refused with HTTP 400, not 429.
Pick 100,000₫, 200,000₫, 500,000₫, 1,000,000₫ or 2,000,000₫ and pay by PayOS bank transfer/QR. Credit is converted at the published checkout rate and shown before you pay.
Card plans (Creem) renew automatically and can be cancelled in the dashboard. PayOS plans are one-off: we never charge automatically, the dashboard shows the end date, and you buy again when needed.
Yes. The OpenAI-compatible API works with Cline, Roo Code, Continue, Aider and Zed through /v1/chat/completions; Claude Code uses /v1/messages.
