The company that will operate TexAPI is being incorporated. Until the business registration certificate exists, the fields in section 1 read To be confirmed — TexAPI does not fill them with guesses, because stating the wrong owner identity is worse than stating plainly that there is not one yet. This page is updated as soon as it completes.

That does not weaken any commitment in the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy or the Privacy Policy: those commitments are in force and you can require them to be honoured through the contact channel in section 3.

2. Registrations and filings with the authorities

TexAPI publishes the real status of each obligation rather than leaving it blank. The first three lines depend on the company in section 1 being incorporated.

The two lines about impact assessments concern you directly: the whole content of your requests goes outside Vietnam for a model to process it. What leaves, what does not, and what TexAPI does to limit it — the Privacy Policy section 8 and Third-Party Services section 4 set that out in full, without waiting for a filing.

Until dedicated mailboxes are set up, every kind of request goes to one address and is sorted by its subject line. Using the right prefix puts your request in the right queue and starts the right clock:

TexAPI does not contact you from any other domain, and will never ask you for a password or an API key by email. If you receive a message like that, it is not TexAPI — please report it to the address in section 3.

5. The governing language

The Vietnamese version of every legal document is the binding one. A translation into another language, where one exists, is for reference only; where they differ, the Vietnamese applies. In every case, your mandatory rights under Vietnamese consumer-protection law apply, and nothing here reduces or excludes them.

6. Statement of non-affiliation

TexAPI is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta, Mistral, DeepSeek or any other AI provider. Model names are given solely to indicate compatibility. The legal basis for naming them and using their logos: Intellectual Property section 4.
